Return Policy

Before you wear the watch, re-size the bracelet or remove/discard any protective/packaging materials please inspect the watch thoroughly, If you are not satisfied with it for any reason please contact us within 5 days of delivery to arrange a return, Return shipping will be at the buyers expense. Do not return the watch without contacting us first, as the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

 

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned item we will inspect it and the packaging, if the watch shows no sign of wear and all original packaging is included, we will issue the refund. If we cannot accept the return because of it's condition we will contact you to make arrangements for it to be returned to you at your cost  

  

Warranty information

Your watch is covered by a one year warranty from manufacturing defects from the date of purchase,

The following are excluded:

• Damage caused by accidental impacts or inappropriate/abusive use
• Unauthorized repairs including modifications and/or caseback opening
• Normal wear and tear
• Straps and accessories

Warranties are only valid on direct purchases from EMG. Watches purchased on the used market will not be covered as there is no way of accurately knowing the history of the piece

 

If your watch needs repaired due to issues or damage caused by the buyer, all shipping costs and service fees will be at the buyers expense. We will cover shipping for any manufacturing defects whilst under warranty. Opening of the watch for any reason voids warranty.

 

Shipping Policy

EMG watches are based in the United States but our watches ship internationally by registered mail (Airmail or EMS) from Hong Kong and therefore you must be aware that any orders may be subject to Customs Duty specified by the receivers country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer or person placing the order.

Tracking info is provided, depending on your location delivery takes any where between 3-14 working days.
